Sir Daddy D first started getting interested in music at the age of 10 years in his mums sitting room, playing alot on grammophone with the influences of Alton Ellis, Uroy, Ubrown, Big Youth,Charlie Chaplin and Gregory Isaacs to name a few. His first break in music came whilst walking down the street and see people carrying music boxes and with his inquisitive nature asked where they were going and what they were doing, to be told to come along and see where he ended up picking up the microphone and gaining experience as a Mic Dj with the sound system Youtman Highpower thus getting him noticed in the music world. After being spotted Sir Daddy D was offered to produce a record alongside singing sensation Lambsy which became a instant success and spent many weeks in the reggae charts. He was then offered a chance to be in the sound Tippa Tone from North London playing along side Robbo Ranks from 1Xtra,General Levi,Tubby T Microman and Harry O and had huge success. After Tippa Tone Sir Daddy D was approched by a radio station called Jive Fm and after feeling hesitant he gratefully accepted the offer and achieved success to the point where the public was saying his catchphrase "Love You Like Dat ". He stayed with Jive Fm for 5 years and in the time he made many new friends such as the major of Luton and other high ranking officials. Praised for his work in the community Sir Daddy D created numerous projects for the youth of the community to help them change there anger ...
